I am selling my 2009 Fleetwood RV Prowler 320FKDS. I have done some upgrades by painting the walls and cabinets in the kitchen , lying down vinyl plank flooring throughout the RV as well. This model has double Slides for the dinette and bedroom areas which gives more space in the dinette and bedroom areas. The 320FDKS is a Travel Trailer w/Rear Bedroom & Front Kitchen, Rear Queen or King Bed. The total length is listed at 35 feet and GVWR 9300 Dry Weight 7,625 it comes with 2 20 gallon propane tanks, 50 gal fresh water capacity, 40 gal Grey water capacity, Black water capacity 40 gals. Cargo carrying capacity 1,675. The awning was damaged and was removed. Overall the RV is in great shape for it"s age. Looking to just pay off my loan amount that I owe on it. I will include the integrated anti sway control hitch that I purchased tow weight 10,000 lbs and also the Tekonsha brake controller that is currently installed in my vehicle.
