This is a 2015 Master Tow dolly with tilt bed and electric brakes. It comes with a spare wheel with tire mounted. That wheel has never been on the dolly. The wheel and tire came from the dealer when the dolly was purchased. It also comes with 2 unused sets of tie down straps and 1 set of used tie down straps. I have the owner"s manual and MSO for the dolly. It does have a little surface rust on the paint and hookup chains. The dolly towed a Nissan Versa from Plain City, Ohio to Palatka, Florida in July 2015 and has been sitting next to my house unused since then. Therefore, It may need serviced. I no longer have a car that can be towed on it so it is time to find it a new home. Payment is required thru Pay Pal. You can pick up the dolly in Palatka, Florida or arrange for delivery within 200 miles. I would charge $.50 per mile for delivery. I would be glad to answer any questions.
